Returns / Refunds
All sales are final due to the current global pandemic. We do not accept returns for safety and sanitary reasons. However if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to exchange it. Please send an email to: [email protected] that includes the following:
- Your name
- Contact email address
- Shipping Address
- Order date
- Order number
- Item name
- Description of how the item is damaged (If applicable)
Please note: All damaged or incorrectly shipped products must be returned in the original packaging.
Upon sending your email to request a return or exchange, you will receive an email from our team within 48 hours with instructions on how and where to ship the product(s).
